Delivery time for embroidery orders: 10-14 business days. Personalized clothing is not subject to return policy. Orders with the embroidery option require prepayment. In the first order with embroidery, you must pay for the embroidery program (one-time fee of PLN 80).

Nach Erhalt der Sendung hast du 21 Tage Zeit, um zu prüfen, ob Modell und Größe zu dir passen.

So gehst du bei einer Rücksendung oder einem Umtausch vor:

  1. Fülle das Rücksende-/Umtauschformular aus. Es liegt der Sendung zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg bei. Auch als Download HIER.
  2. Verpacke das umzutauschende bzw. zurückzusendende Produkt sorgfältig und lege das ausgefüllte Formular bei.
  3. Schick das Paket an Vena Uniformy, ul. Legnicka 49C, lokal 14,  54-203 Wrocław, Telefon 535 888 215.
  4. Über den Eingang informieren wir dich per E-Mail. Die Erstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
